It is with sadness that the passing of John Arcuri (Plainfield, Illinois) is shared. John, born on January 6, 1945 in Chicago, Illinois, passed away on August 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Arcuri and Christine Arcuri; his parents-in-law, Michael and Mary Tuminello; and his brother Vincent Arcuri (Anna).
He is survived by: his wife Concetta "Connie" Arcuri; his children, Michele Guin (Ron) of Romeoville, Jeff Arcuri (Tiffany) and Marc Arcuri of Chicago; his grandchildren, Alexandria Jakupovic (Rudy), Paige Morgano, Ian Morgano (Ella Punzalan), Drew Guin and Samantha Decker (Samuel); and his great grandchild Ava Jean Mazzatta.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Overman-Jones Funeral Home (15219 Joliet Rd, Plainfield, IL 60544). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Immaculate Catholic Church (15629 Illinois Rte 59, Plainfield, IL 60544).
