She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Goben and Verancia Goben; her husband Clement De Matteis; her son Lance De Matteis; and her siblings, Helen Shaub, Shirley Behrens, Patricia Youngshotis and Richard Goben.
She is survived by: her son Scott De Matteis (Kelli); her grandchildren, Dominic De Matteis, Jack De Matteis, Vincent De Matteis, Jordan De Matteis (Hannah) and Katelyn Goad (Zach); her great grandchild Oliver De Matteis; and her daughter-in-law Susie De Matteis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:15 AM at the Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Homes & Crematory - South Naperville (24021 Royal Worlington Dr, Naperville, IL 60564). A prayer was held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anne Catholic Church (551 Boulder Hill Pass, Oswego, IL 60543).
