We announce the death of Mallam B. K. Tifah (Plainfield, Illinois), who passed away on October 17, 2026, at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ngbanwa Labantey (Gbande) and Yaw Labantey; and his son Mallam Tifah. He is survived by: his wife Memuna Tifah; and his sons, Michael Tifah and Malik Tifah. He is also survived by numerous siblings, grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Anderson Memorial (21131 W Renwick Rd, Plainfield, IL 60544). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
