She is survived by: her children, Susan Cotellesse (John), Mark Phillips (Darcy), LeAnn Erhart, David Phillips (Andrea) and Kara Phillips; her grandchildren, Sharena Cotellesse Payne (Neil), James Cotellesse (Hiromi), JD Barto, Tyler Erhart, Elise Erhart, Alex Phillips and Donovan Phillips; her great grandchildren, Delilah Payne, Edison Payne, Luna Jeanne Cotellesse and Isla Maureen Cotellesse; her siblings, Virginia Adamsick and James W. Donahue (Mary Lou); and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Donahue. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
