He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Knowles and Julia Knowles; and his brother Donald "Tuffy" Green. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his children, Michael, Christian and Isabel; and his sisters, Regina Soto (David), Lisa Green, Noelle Cross (Jason) and Susan Cam (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
