He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Wittke and Mary Wittke; his parents-in-law, John Paul and Irene Garcia; and his brother Keith Wittke.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Wittke; his children, Mark Anthony Medina (Maria) of Wyandotte, MI and Michelle Hurtado (Oscar); his grandchildren, Cristian, Yulissa (Ben), Adalia Joli, Loren Irene, Nikolas Sebastian and Vincent Eli; his siblings-in-law, Anna Marie Chapman (late William Russell) and John Paul Garcia (late Nancy); his niece Patricia Ann; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex, Angela, Justin, Jacob, Vivian (Jorge), Dylan, Cameron and Austin; Owen.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Overman-Jones Funeral Home (15219 Joliet Rd, Plainfield, IL 60544). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary Immaculate Catholic Church (15629 Illinois Rte 59, Plainfield, IL 60544).
