He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignazio Danca and Sebastiana Danca; and his siblings, Anna (Joseph), Sam (Stella), Tony (Lucille), John and Joseph.
He is survived by: his spouse Celena Danca; his children, Susan Hinton (Philip) and Michael Danca (Lidia); and his grandchildren, Raquel Ratleph (Matt), Jenna Hinton (David Kornfeind), Lauren Black (Garrett), Sarah Flex (Josiah), Nicholas Hinton (Jenny), Angela Hayes (Niko) and Gina Danca.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:30 AM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421). The military honors will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials made to Suncrest Hospice, 777 Oakmont Lane #1400, Westmont, IL 60559 in Philip's name, would be welcomed by the family.
