She is survived by: her children, John Maksimik of Hammond, Andy Maksimik (Lynne) of Dyer, Thomas Maksimik (Kimberly) of Grovetown, Georgia, Michael Maksimik of Plainfield, Christopher Maksimik of Kenosha and Stephen Maksimik (Mary); her grandchildren, John, Ryan, Randy, Jessica, Thomas, Timothy, Jordan and Matthew; her godson Christopher; her stepgrandchildren, Tarra, Ryan, Phillip and Brooke; her great grandchildren, Jack, Emma Lea, Beckham and Michael; her nephews, Theodore (Ted) and Anthony (Tony); her godchildren, Elizabeth (Beth), Joseph Jaeger (Joe) of Lansing, Illinois, Kathy (Ron) and Jonaitis of Flower Mound, Texas; and her cousin Bruce Barton Sr. of Crete Illinois.
