She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanislaw Plecki and Helen Plecki; and her husband Eugene V. Lubanski. She is survived by: her children, Diane Lemke (Robert), Christine Moore (Matthew) and Paul Lubanski (Kelly); her grandchildren, Kristen Lemke (Bruce Sawyer), Brian Lemke (Aisling), Allison Lemke, Patrick Moore (Jessica), Nicole Malpica (Omar) and Michelle Moore; and her great grandchildren, Eleanor Lemke, Nora Moore, Cecilia Moore, Max Malpica and Luke Malpica. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorials in Rita's name may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital (https://www.shrinershospitalsforchildren.org) to honor Rita's love for children, especially those in need.
