With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas A. Hernandez of Plainfield, Illinois, who passed away on April 15, 2024 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Anthony Paul Hernandez; his grandmother Charmaine Hurt; his uncle Ray Hernandez; his grandparents, Epifanio and Felisa Hernandez; and his aunts, Eudella Asa, Elvira Ibarra and Catherine Hernandez.

He is survived by : his wife Kellie Hernandez; his daughters, Emma Williams (Jake) and Olivia Mueller (Tyler); his granddaughter Riley Williams; his mother Danna Hernandez (Robert Jensby); his brothers, Tim Hernandez and Paul Hernandez (Kari); his sister-in-law Amy Madison (Earl Amos); his nieces and nephews, Alexandra, Francesca, Anthony, Mickinzie, Alexander and Ayden; his godsons, Alyse, Garrit, Emmitt and Wyitt; and also, Jim and Lynn Madison.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (2650 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435). A reception was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
