He is survived by: his children, Gail Davis (Dick), Bonnie Randa (Gregory), Thomas Jr. Michalczyk (Karen) and Alan Michalczyk (Cheryl). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren; and dozens of nieces and nephews.
