He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Lenz and Antonine Lenz (Huber); his brothers, Larry, Leo, Mark and Lloyd Lenz; and his sister-in-law Debra Lenz.
He is survived by: his children, Stacy Hoffman (Chad) of Camp Point and Eric Lenz (Sarah) of Carthage; his stepchildren, Tom Bent (Samantha), David Bent (Jessica) and Amy Vickers; his grandchildren, Abby, Lexi, Arynn Hoffman, Natalie and Zachary Lenz; his siblings, Nancy Peters (Tony), Jim Lenz (Chris) and Paul Lenz (Sonya); and his sister-in-law Sandy Wand. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
