She was predeceased by: her father Gabriel Rodriguez; her daughter Angela Rubio; and her brother Jose Rodriguez. She is survived by: her mother Maria Guadalupe Rodriguez (Valencia) of Vacaville, CA; her children, Isabel Rubio (Robert Quinones), Jasmine Rubio, Nataly Rubio (Immanuel Cervantes) and Isaiah Rubio; and her siblings, Ismelda Oseguera (Owsvaldo), Gabriella Rodriguez (Guadalupe), Juan Rodriguez (Nelly Pina), Armando Rodriguez and Christopher Rodriguez. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
