He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Czinki and Wilma Czinki (Szabo); and his brother Kalman Czinki (Gabriella). He is survived by: his close friend Marlene Gibson; his children, Joseph Czinki, Erika Demeter and Paul Czinki (April); his grandchildren, Alexandria Demeter, Bonnie, Clarabelle, John Czinki, Haley Hulsey and Kristofer Mikelson, Jr.; his former wife Jean Czinki; Melissa Gibson (Joe Atef), Melanie Mikelson (Kris), Tibor and Zoltan Czinki.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dieterle Memorial (1120 S Broadway, Montgomery, IL 60538). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
