Carroll Henry Menke Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carroll Henry Menke of Pleasant Hill, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 8, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire his loved ones, keeping Carroll's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Menke and Almira Menke; his sister JoAnna Taylor; and his wife Wyvetta Williams. He is survived by: his children, Debra Weier of Florida, Melvin Menke (Melissa) of Texas and Alvin Menke (Laura) of North Carolina. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Crescent Heights Cemetery (3 Cres Heights Dr, Pleasant Hill, IL 62366).
