She was predeceased by: her parents, James Franklin and Lula Ellen McKinnon Kelley; her husband Charles E. Burnett; her son Dennis Burnett; and her siblings, Veneta Singleton, Pauline Hager, Flo Hager, Evelyn Frazer, Nora Lawson, Ruby Kelley, Willy Kelley and Warren Kelley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the John Cotton Memorial Animal Shelter in Louisiana, MO.
