She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Otis and Gladys Lorena Neese Horton; her husband James L. "Jim" Harris; her sons, Christopher L. Harris of Timothy James, Harris and Delbert Duane Harris; her brother Otis Lee Horton (Jennifer) of Mississippi; her sister-in-law Cheryl Harrison Horton; and her nephews, John Otis Horton and Gregory Lynn Horton.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ina L. Norton (Jerry) of La Plata, MO and Larry Horton (Linda) of New Canton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church (302 Parkview St, Pleasant Hill, IL 62366). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Pleasant Hill American Legion or to the Samuel Taylor Cemetery.
