She is survived by: her sons, Jason Chockley (Chelsea) and KC Chockley of New London, IA; her grandchildren, Landon, Levi, Brooklyn, Darrius, Dalton and Madison; her sister Nancy Bressler (Dan) of Macomb, IL; her nephew Col. Jeremie Hester (Jenny); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob, Cullen, Silas, Micah Hester (Cindi), Natalie Mixer (Colton Mixer) and Grace; her nephew Tristen Hester; her great-nieces, Madison and Alyssa; her great-nephew Jaxon; Tatum (Taylor Mixer) and Jarred Hester (Sue).

Memorials may be made to Richard Chockley to help with medical expenses.
