She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Clubb and Kathryn Clubb; and her father-in-law Woody Stevens. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth "Kenny" Stevens of Pocahontas, IL; her children, Karen Hill of Pocahontas, IL and Cory Stevens of Pocahontas, IL; her grandchildren, Madison Hill and Clara Hill; her siblings, Larry Clubb (Leah) of Collinsville, IL and Denise Logan (Kenny) of Maryville, IL; her pet Chevelle; and her nieces and nephews, Stacy McMahan (Jim), Kristy Butcher (Darin) and Kevin Watts (Michelle).

Memorial donations may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital.
