He was predeceased by: his parents, James Winet and Elizabeth "Betty" Winet; and his wife Pam Winet. He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie S. Schrof (Derek) of Highland, IL and Jessica K. Winet-Fleer of Pocahontas, IL; his grandchildren, Elena M. Schrof of Highland, IL, Braden J. Schrof of Highland, IL and Mackenzie E. Fleer of Ellisville, MO; his mother-in-law Sue Ann Ammann-Frey; and his siblings, Patricia "Pat" Klaus (Hal) of Highland, IL, Michael "Mike" Winet (Beth) of Alhambra, IL and Edward "Ed" Winet (Kay) of Highland, IL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois, Alzheimer's Association, Madison County Fair Association, or Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
