He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Nance and Nellie Nance (Nee Farmer); his wife Mildred Nance; and his brothers, Hudson Nance, Gene Nance and Glen Nance.
He is survived by: his children, Patty Thiems (Bob) and Jim Nance (Nona); his grandchildren, Brenda Mollett (Steve), Larry Thiems (Holly), Linda Stearns (Charles), Kay Lynn Nance (David Pate) and Ryan Nance (Allison); his great grandchildren, Katelynn Mollett, Kaeden Mollett, Casey Thiems, Cara Bane (Chandler), J. T. Thiems, Chad Stearns (Emily), Charlee Stearns, Kate Nance and Ryleigh Nance; and his great great grandchildren, Bodee Bane, Annie Bane and Tate Bane. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
