She is survived by: her daughter Janette Folkers (Bradley); her grandchildren, Kathryn Mottaz (Chris Kosowski), Curits Shuman (Emily), David Shuman (Amanda), Kevin Folkers (Renita), Keith Folkers (Sarah) and Janelle Folkers; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Kosowski, Marin Underwood, Noah Shuman, Karson and Reid Folkers.
