He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Jacks and Anna Jacks (Bubulka). He is survived by: his wife Rita (Konitzer); his children, Steven Jacks (Rose), Edward Jacks (Mary), James Jacks (Deborah), William Jacks (Laurie) and Mary Macholl (Dan); and his sisters, Dorothy Janoski (Mike) and Cathy Jacks. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (221 N Franklin Ave, Polo, IL 61064). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Polo Paramedics and EMS.
