He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Barnard and Nancy Barnard (Ridley); his wife Judith Barnard (Farster); and his brother Randell Barnard. He is survived by: his son Tory Willard (Stacey) of Amboy, IL. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 1 niece.
Memorials may be directed to the Polo Area Senior Center, per Roger's wishes.
