He is survived by: his mother Debra Lewis Johnson; his sons, Edward Lewis, Jr. of Normal and Steven Lewis of Pontiac; his stepfather Kevin Johnson of Michigan; his siblings, Simone Taylor (Cortney) and Solomon Johnson; his uncle Edward Lewis; and his cousins, Sharmaine Chung, Angelica Sera, Jesse Lewis and Marcus Lewis.
