He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Brown; his uncle David Lewis; and his grandmother Helen Robinson. He is survived by: his mother Debra Lewis Johnson; his sons, Edward Lewis, Jr. of Normal and Steven Lewis of Pontiac; his stepfather Kevin Johnson of Michigan; his siblings, Simone Taylor (Cortney) and Solomon Johnson; his uncle Edward Lewis; and his cousins, Sharmaine Chung, Angelica Sera, Jesse Lewis and Marcus Lewis.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home (903 W Custer Ave, Pontiac, IL 61764). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pub.
Memorial contributions may be made to the athletic departments at both Streator and Pontiac high schools.
