She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Sebulsky and Louis Sladewski; and her husband Bill. She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Jones of Chicago and Louann Adair of Pontiac; and her siblings, Lou Sladewski, Jerry Sladewski (Carol), Ronald Sladewski (Darlene) and Joann Blasey (Bill Miller).
