She is survived by: her parents, Rick Higgins and Donna Higgins of Pontiac, IL; her sister Jennifer Foster (James); her niece Ada Foster of Madison, WI; and her aunts, Nancy Boitnott of Pontiac, IL, Becky Mattingly (Jim) of Lavonia, GA, Kathy Drake of Forest Lake, MN and Elaine Mitchell.
