She was predeceased by: her parents, Edd Perkins and Eula Perkins (King); her husband James Evert Crabtree; her son James Dennis Crabtree; her grandson Jack Daniel Pomon; and her siblings, Eddaline Elliott and Elton Perkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Graves, Debra Foulks, Denise Hish (Lonnie), Lakewood and Donna Comens (Mike); and her grandchildren, Tricia Ward, Todd Ward (Amy), Corey Pomon (Christina), TJ Foulks (Katherine), Mike Hish, Adam Hish, Ross Ward (Angelica), Elise Comens (James) and Jasmine Comens (Charles). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and 3 great great Grandchildren.
Family suggested memorials could be made to the Cropsey Community Fund or OSF Hospice in Tina's honor.
