He is survived by : his mother Jane Cassidy (Cerda); his daughters, Lidia Martinez (Calvin Riggs) of Bloomington, IL and Gabriella Martinez of California; his partner Tracy Lynn; his partner's daughters, Hope, Faith and Jasmine; and his siblings, Annette Martinez of Normal, IL, Patricia Grant (Brian) of Pontiac, IL and Andres Martinez III (Dawn) of Hudson, IL. He is also survived by two granddaughters; three nieces; seven nephews; six great nieces; and seven great nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church in Pontiac, IL.
