He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foster and Dorthy Foster; his sisters, Betty Baer and Caroline Maddox; and his son-in-law Mick Huxtable.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Foster (Schieler); and his children, Jeffrey Lee Foster (Pam), Jay Alan Foster (Jill), Jodie Lynn DeBartoli, Jackie Sue Huxtable and Joseph William Foster (Brandy). He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren; and his 9 great-grandchildren.
