It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marian A. Dixon of Pontiac, Illinois, who passed away on November 1, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter "Ted" Carroll and Alta Carroll (Carsten); and her brothers, Bob, Tom and Bill.

She is survived by : her husband James Dixon Jr. of Pontiac, IL; her children, Dan Dixon (Carrie) of Flanagan, IL, Greg Dixon (LeAnn) of Pontiac, IL and Cindy Knight (Scott) of Flanagan, IL; her grandchildren, Kimberly Cruz, Jason Dixon, Amanda Gatrell, Melissa Hoover, Joshua Knight, Jill Kindred and Jenna Lechuga Knight; her great grandchildren, Kate, Tyler, Tristan, Alexis, Jasper, Linus, Roman, McKinley, Keagan, Staci, Christian, Bria and Tessa; and her siblings, Keturah Fogelman, Connie Schurtz, John "Butch" Carroll (Marcia) and Jim Carroll Marian.

Memorials in Marian's name may be made to First Baptist Church or Alzheimers Association.
