She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy E. Black and Mabel M Black (Morrison); her husband Willis R. Harms; her son Gregory A. Harms; and her brothers, Robert Black and Richard Black.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Cashmer, Kathy Ellis (William) and Ann Keller (Kevin); her grandchildren, Sara Harms, Christopher Harms, Aaron Cashmer, Kyle Cashmer, Jessica Farris, Katie Borders, Cassie Ferrara, Nina Meconis, Amanda Hickman and Amy Ward; her siblings-in-law, Beverly Harms, Edward Harms (Thelma) and Donald Harms; Roberta Harms. She is also survived by her twenty-five great grandchildren, and nine great great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Mildred's name may be made to the First Lutheran Church of Pontiac or Tjardes Healthcare Center at Everglow Lodge.
