He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard A. Blair and Linda Blair (Steimle); his brother Thomas Blair (Cindy Gschwendtner); his nieces and nephews, Maggie, Logan (Mackenzie), Casey Blair (Rebekah), Ava, Landon, Kimber, Brynne and Ruthie; and his close friend Jonni Kettman.
