She was predeceased by: her parents, Theron Boma and Dorothy Boma (Grubbs); her husband Wayne R. Wakey, Sr.; her son Rick Wakey; her grandson Alex Wakey; and her sister Shirley Blackmore.
She is survived by: her son Shawn Wakey of Pontiac; and her sister Sharon Chandler of Piper City.
