He is survived by: his former wife Janie Prokop; his children, Rachel Lee (Jim) of Pontiac, IL, Joe of Pontiac, IL and Becky Dodson (Joel) of Pontiac, IL; his grandchildren, Maddie Johansen (Devon), Hannah Lee, Aidan Lee, Willow Dodson and Griffin Dodson; his great grandchild Henry Johansen; his siblings, Mike Prokop of Chicago, IL and Cindy Taylor of New Hampshire; and his siblings' children, Joe Taylor and Danielle Wilson.
