Barry Gauen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2025, at the age of 78, Barry Gauen of Pontoon Beach, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Gauen and Cleo Gauen (Martin); and his brother Richard Gauen. He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Sanders Krepel); his children, Richard Gauen (Amy) of Worden, IL, Mark Gauen of Pontoon Beach, IL, Shannon Heisler (Eric Tinsley) of Springfield, IL and Vikki Whitefoot (Lee) of Maryville, IL.; and his grandchildren, Kenneth Gauen, Meghan Heisler, Jordan Bates (Laura), Nicholas Heisler, Matthew Gauen and Cloe Gauen.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the IBEW 309 Union Hall (2000 Mall Road, Collinsville 62234).
