He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis and Cecelia Lewis (Wichmann); and his brothers, James, Lawrence and Robert Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Lewis of Pontoon Beach; his children, Christine Ollis of Pontoon Beach, Lisa Lewis of Granite City, Andrew Lybarger (Stefany) of Granite City and Kathleen Parks (Christopher) of Granite City; his grandchildren, Luke Ollis, Cody Rainwater, Ruby Lybarger, Violet Lybarger and Matthias Lybarger; and his niece Cindy Lewis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois or the Alzheimer's Association.
