He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Fontana; and his brother Anthony Fontana. He is survived by: his children, Shayna Horowitz (Rand) and Joe Fontana (Carly); his grandchildren, Oliver, Paisley, Jameson and Aspen; and his mother Esther Pavone Fontana (Pavone).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care (1415 W Algonquin Rd, Algonquin, IL 60102). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
