He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Randy Kemp (Teresa) of Hayden Lake, ID, Cyndi Zick (Russ) of Rochelle, IL, Kathy Kilen (Dan) of Eldridge, IA, Brad Kemp (Terri) of Roscoe, IL and Mary Dahms (Tracy) of Conover, WI; his brother Dick Kemp of Phoenix, AZ; and his sister-in-law Janet Kemp of Rutland, IL..
