He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Searl and Mary Searl (Van Acker); his wife Elaine O'Hara; and his son Gary. He is survived by: his daughters, Penny (Jamie VanDeWostine) and Erie; his daughter-in-law Katie Searl (Bettendorf); his sisters, Norene Searl and Rosemary Swanson (Al); and his grandchildren, Morgan, Cameron, Jennifer, Brett and Bryce.
