He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Colegrove and Myrtle Colegrove (Kramer); his wife Adrienne N. Koefoed; his son Thomas; and his siblings, Roy, Joyce Ganz and Velma Paterson.
He is survived by: his children, Deb Friday (Joe) of East Moline, John Colegrove (Sherry) of Athens, Karen Jones (Jim) of Geneseo and Dawn Genz (Rick) of St. Charles; his grandchildren, DJ Friday (Yana), Adrianna VanDuyne (Joey), Jesse Friday (Katie), Rebekka Colegrove, David Colegrove and Jimmy Jones (Molly); his great grandchildren, Mila, Danik, RoseMary, Asher, Ava, Landon and Natalie; and his sisters-in-law, Virginia Colegrove and Patricia Koefoed.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
