She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar "King" Carlson and Doris Carlson (Kolves); and her brother Paul Carlson. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Sparrow (Mia) of Ljusdal, Sweeden and Britta Sparrow-Battin (Phillip Battin) of St. Charles, IL; her grandchildren, Karl, Axel, Anna Sparrow, Christian, Abigail, Emma, Truitt and Grace Battin; and her sister Linda Rogers (Steve).
