File; his sons, Greg Winters (Mara Casuyon) and Todd Winters; his grandchildren, Zach Mlekush, Bailey Golden, Bretta Golden, Robert Winters, Shea Winters and Emily Peters (Randy); his brother Thomas Winters of Summerset, CA; and his sister-in-law Jo File. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
