It is with sadness that the passing of Sally Ann Brinkmeier (Port Byron, Illinois) is shared. Sally Ann, born on November 15, 1938, passed away on September 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Gelsinger and Lola Gelsinger (Farthing); and her husband Wayne Brinkmeier. She is survived by: her daughter Kim Roman (Bob) of Annawan; her grandchildren, Dusty Moore, Alicia Sheldon, Sarah Vandermyde and Lola Champion; her son AJ DePyper (Cindy) of Rochester, Indiana; her grandchildren, Adam, Zach and Mason; her children, Dana Paulson (Mark) of Audubon and Brent Brinkmeier (Nikki); her grandsons, Cole and Clayton; and her siblings, Jerry Crenshaw, Donna Hanson, Martha Hill and Deborah Burger. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Memorials may be made in her honor to the Riverdale Boosters.
