He was predeceased by: his father Anthony C. Strand; and his brother Anthony Strand Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Frances Strand Sr. (Mahaffey) of Kewanee; his fiancée Janie Holt; his children, Kerrington Strand, Alexader Strand (Bridget) and Alyssa Strand (Rafael); his siblings, Danielle Valencia of Kewanee, Benjamin Strand (Marcy) of Bishop Hill, Shawn Strand (Cassie) of Kewanee, Christopher Strand of Kewanee and Joshua Strand (Abby) of Galva; and his close friends, Ryan and Tera Teel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
