She was predeceased by: her mother Lila Lempke; her husband Gerald Dean Shofner; her children, Debra Shofner and Terry Dean Shofner; and her brother Kenny Gibson.

She is survived by: her children, Sheryle Krans of Princeton, Rebecca Maloney of Alexandria, VA, John Shofner (Sarah) and Sheffield (Michael Shofner); and her siblings, Denny Gibson, Clara Ollofson and Diana Morrasey-Carls (Jerry). She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Alice Mae Shofner 's name.
