She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Costanza and Tina Costanza (Scrow); and her husband Ray Burgess. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Kathleen Coughlin of Grand Rapids, MI; and her grandson Brendan Coughlin (Rosanne Beaudette) of Grand Rapids. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and family friends.
Memorial donations can be made in Ann's name to the family for charitable distribution.
