We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2023, at the age of 92, Bruce Obenhaus of Princeton, Illinois, born in Sandwich, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Dexter Obenhaus and Vivian Obenhaus (Keigwan); his sisters, Nancy Shapiro and Gretchen Obenhaus; his son-in-law Michael Norton; and his grandson Thomas Norton.

He is survived by : his wife Anita Meyer; and his children, Gretchen Norton, Kimberly Wolfer (Edwin), Gary Obenhaus (Margo) and Todd Obenhaus (Marcia). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to The Bureau County Historical Society C/O Bruce Obenhaus, 109 Park Ave West, Princeton, Illinois 61356.
