She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Conley and Edith Holman Conley; her husband Roger Swan; and her siblings, Max, Doug and Doris.
She is survived by: her children, Christy Gramer (Cal) of Princeton, IL, Tom Swan of DeKalb, IL, Tim Swan (Connie) of Westmont, IL and Jennifer Merth (Robert) of Princeton, IL; her grandchildren, Noah Grove, Ethan Grove (Sarah Joynt), Tiffany Grove, Caley Grove, Nick Merth, Chelsea Labozzetta (Charles), Kylie Minden (Kyle), Austin Swan (Allison), Conner Swan, Carsen Swan, Carrie Predeger (Brook) and Andy Gramer (Brooke); her great grandchildren, Kamera, Jarred, Matthew, Kira (Gabe), Lina, Noah Jr., Kaitlyn, Finn, Reid, Quillan (Stephanie), Verity, Mannix, Leopold, Xavier, Elvio and Evan; her great great grandchildren, Elias, Ivan and Emilia; and her sister Marcia Hudson (Bob). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
