He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Ivan "Spud" Vetter and Maria Monical Vetter (Jones); and his siblings, Brenda Poff, Deborah Jones and Bradley Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Scrimsher of Princeton, IL.; his siblings, Anna Murray of Princeton, IL., Judy Morris of Wyanet, IL., Darla Wheeler of Ottawa, IL., Dawn Bedford of Ottawa, IL, Mike Adams of Princeton, IL., Darren Vetter of Chillicothe, IL. and Alex Vetter of Granville, IL.; and his children, Lori Bergeron of Southaven, MS., Jennifer Conwell of Princeton, IL., Elisha Barnett of Reading, PA., Brad Vetter of Princeton, IL. and Michael Toler of Maryland Heights, MO. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to the Second Story Teen Center or the American Cancer Society.
